Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a great stay for my wife and I and our grown kids. W loved the location close to downtown and walking distance to Depot Park. Have had everything we needed to be comfortable and we saved money making breakfasts and lunches at the house.We had a great time in Gainesville seeing great live jazz, games at the Arcade Bar and a fabulous local food selection.

WAS LOOKING FOR ACCOMADATION CLOSE TO UF TO ASSIST WITH DAUGHTER MOVING INTO HER DORM THIS WAS PERFECT, VERY CLOSE TO UF. HOUSE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR ENTIRE FAMILY
